An attorney from Melville was tapped to lead the new commercial real estate group and trusts and estates practice at the Manhattan-based law firm of Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP.
Anthony J. Ficara, who was previously the founding member and managing partner of Ficara & Associates, P.C., a boutique Long Island law firm, joined SRFK, a leading corporate securities and full service law firm, and will lead a team experienced in condominium, cooperative and home owners association law, real estate transactions and finance, litigation, corporate and business entity matters as well as wills, trusts and estate counseling, among other areas.

SRFK will maintain a LI office while strengthening the New York City practice base. It also has offices in Tel Aviv.
Other members of Ficara’s team joining SRFK include Jodi B. Zimmerman, who focuses her practice on elder law and estate planning matters including the preparation of wills, trusts, probate and administration petitions and guardianships; Michael Wickersham, who represents buyers and sellers in a wide array of commercial transactions and sponsor unit sales; and Todd J. Manister, a seasoned litigation and transactional attorney who focuses his practice on all types of complex business and personal matters.
