The Manhasset Women’s Coalition Against Breast Cancer (MWCABC) held a kick-off reception on June 27 for its signature “Ladies’ Night Out” which raises substantial funds for breast cancer research and patient support services. This year, the event will be chaired by Linda Gurino and Paula Chiarucci and will take place on Oct. 24 at Leonard’s of Great Neck.
The coalition welcomes volunteer support in all sizes—from a little to extraordinary. Volunteers can give a few hours to aid in the impassioned fight for a cure and for patient support here in Manhasset.
“We welcome your assistance,” said MWCABC President Barbara Kelly Vessa. “Your contribution of time and caring, no matter how small, changes lives. Please consider joining our cause.”
