Amber Alert Issued for Infant Abducted By Father From Deer Park

Update: The six-month old baby who was reported missing earlier today has been located unharmed when an acquaintance brought the baby to the his mother’s house.  The father has not been located.

Suffolk County police have issued an Amber Alert for a six-month-old boy who was allegedly abducted by his father from Deer Park on Wednesday afternoon.

Bryan Quinteros, 19, took his son, Daniel Quinteros, without permission following a physical altercation with the mother at Tanger Outlets at 2:30 p.m., police said.

The father “threatened not to bring him back,” police said.

The baby is a Hispanic male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 19 pounds, 11 ounces, and 28-inches long. He was last seen wearing a black and white horizontal striped onesie and black sweatpants.

The father is described as Hispanic and approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 250 pounds. He was last seen driving a 2019 Honda Civic with New York license plate number JEZ-1680.
