Cheese A
Meat Lovers Grilled Cheese (Borden Cheese)

Meat Lovers Grilled Cheese
¼ cup salted butter, softened
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 pinch Italian seasoning
8 slices crusty sourdough bread
16 slices Borden American Melts
8 slices beefsteak tomato
8 slices smoked ham
8 slices bacon, cooked crisp

Combine the butter, garlic and Italian seasoning in a small bowl and blend well.
Spread a thin layer of garlic butter on one side of four slices of bread. Place the bread butter side down on a cutting board. Top each slice with two slices of American cheese, two slices of tomato, two slices of ham, two slices of bacon, two more slices of cheese and another slice of bread. Spread the tops of the sandwiches with the remaining garlic butter.
Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Place the four sandwiches in the skillet and cook covered, for two to three minutes or until the bread browns. Turn over and cook for another two minutes or until the bread browns and the cheese has melted. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Don’t have a cover for your skillet? Use a cookie sheet placed on top instead.
