Toast Coffeehouse, a Long Island breakfast restaurant, celebrated the reopening of its Port Jefferson Station location on Sept. 9.

Owners Terence and Jennifer Scarlatos joined with elected officials and community leaders for a grand reopening and ribbon cutting ceremony for the new spot at 650 NYS Route 112.

“We are humbled and full of gratitude for the warm welcome into our new home in Port Jefferson Station by our local community and die-hard fans,” Terrence said. “We look forward to many years and memories here.”

Toast Coffeehouse opened its flagship restaurant in Port Jefferson in 2002. Since then, the business has expanded to locations in Patchogue and Bay Shore for a total of three spots on Long Island where customers go to enjoy their scrumptious selection of breakfast dishes and coffee.

“They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day and Toast is a great place to enjoy it with friends and family,” said Brookhaven Town Councilmember Jonathan Kornreich, who attended the reopening event. “The food is amazing.”

Toast’s menu includes a large variety of omelets, waffles, french toast, pancakes, egg sandwiches, and more. Dine-in customers can make a reservation or join the waitlist on Toast’s website. Toast also offers takeout. The Port Jefferson location is open 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday to Friday and 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
