A partial building collapse at 840 Middle Country Rd. in St. James has left six people injured, according to the Suffolk County Police Department.
Police received a 911 call at about 1:30 p.m. Thursday. The six injured were transported to local hospitals, including two who are suffering serious injuries.
Route 25 has reopened following a closure due to the collapse. Detectives are now investigating the incident.
