When Dr. Corrine Graham created the KEOS (Key Element of Success) Series; it was to create an environment that was inclusive environment that showcased each person in attendance and have it around common kitchen table conversations about a defining key element of their success. It allows for everyone to share their stories and helped to build stronger relationships as you get to know that person better. Creating an environment that is fun, informative and engaging regardless of age, industry, culture, biases, wealth, age, gender or any of the things that puts people on edge and not comfortable networking.
