This fall, Songs for Seeds, a dynamic music program for children, is opening another location to support families in Port Washington.
Songs for Seeds originated in New York City and is founded on the principle of learning through play. Songs for Seends combines the power of music with educational activities to foster creativity and development in children aged 0 to 5.
At the Songs for Seeds sessions, children participate in rock-n-roll-themed music classes alongside their caregivers. Sessions are crafted to blend music, early childhood education and interactive play to create an enriching experience.
The program will be hosted at the Community Synagogue, located at 160 Middle Neck Rd., Sands Point, NY 11050.
“We love Port Washington and are so excited to be offering more classes in Partnership with a great community institution like the Community Synagogue,” said Courtney Karasin, Owner of Songs for Seeds Nassau County. “We want parents and children to enjoy coming to class and so far our Long Island families have loved it!”
The program has earned praise from parents and educators for its ability to engage young audiences, entertain their grownups and promote cognitive and social development.
