Top Three Issues:
- Housing and homeownership access
Expanding access to housing and promoting pathways to homeownership so that working families, seniors, and young people can stay and build their futures in Nassau County.
- Improving quality of life
Investing in Nassau’s infrastructure, community beautification, and revitalized parks and public spaces will create safe, welcoming neighborhoods for all residents. Additionally, we will focus on strengthening the relationship between law enforcement and the community.
- Supporting businesses
Strengthening and protecting local small businesses by ensuring they have the resources and opportunities needed to grow, create jobs, and remain the backbone of our local economy. Through the promotion of small businesses, Olena hopes the increased business and tourism will help keep taxes low for residents.
