Big Adventure Tunnels of Fun at Long Island Children’s Museum
The Big Adventure will bow at Long Island Children’s Museum this summer. With many families opting to stay home this summer, LICM is ready to offer families a “Big Adventure.” Visitors to the Children’s Museum this week, can be the first to test their physical and mental abilities as they step inside a life-sized 3-D board game in the museum’s newest exhibit, The Big Adventure. Join for a summer of action-packed adventures as we step inside a life-sized, three-dimensional board game that tests our bodies physically and mentally. Each adventure encourages children’s natural desires to explore and investigate as well as challenge their physical abilities in fun activities like a climbing wall, crawling tunnels and a balance beam. Some adventures include: Local promotional support for “The Big Adventure” provided by Astoria Federal Savings and Southwest Airlines. “The Big Adventure” was created and is circulated by The Children’s Museum of Houston in collaboration with the Youth Museum Exhibit Collaborative (YMEC).
