The girls U8 Rough Riders won the Independence Cup recently. The girls went undefeated in their division and faced Albertson in the finals.
The girls played awesome all day and won in the finals by a score of 3-1. The girls were 4-0, the only undefeated team in the U8 division, and they allowed just two goals. The coaches and parents are very proud of the team.
The team includes Gabriela Prisco, Nicole Imbrogno, Madison Gillis and Colleen Bowles, Samantha Morales, Kate LeBright, Samantha Elezi, Alexandra Elezi, Mackenzie Schmidt, Lauren Lasker, Sarah Pleines and Brianna Gregory and Colleen Daly. The coaches are Ken Elezi and Gary Gregory,
