Obituary – Theodore W. Thannhauser

Theodore W. Thannhauser, 89, formerly of Massapequa Park, passed away Jan. 8, 2011. Husband of the late Dolores. Father of Patricia Civil (Keith),Theodore (LuAnn), Margaret Yale (David), Nina Chmiel (Raymond), Mary McElroy (Mark), Lisa and Daniel. Brother of Hannah Pape. Grandfather of 17 grandchildren and two great- grandchildren. WWII U.S. Navy veteran, retired foreman from The New York Times. Arrangements were made by Arthur F. White Funeral Home. Funeral Mass was held Jan. 12 at Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church with interment at St. Charles Cemetery.
