Due to this, he was forced to withdraw from his college classes and miss an entire semester of school and may not be able to resume his summer job due to his ongoing recuperation. The fundraiser will be held at 7 p.m. at the Protection Engine Company firehouse at 11 South 5th Street, New Hyde Park. All donations will be used to offset Max’s expenses related to the college semester he was forced to miss.  Included in the fundraiser will be food, drink, music and raffles. Admission is $20 and a night of fun is guaranteed for an extremely worthy cause. If you are unable to attend, please send your check donation to the Max Devane Fund, New Hyde Park Fire Department, 155 Jericho Turnpike, New Hyde Park.
