Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, Paul “DJ Pauly D” Delvecchio, Jenni “JWOWW” Farley, Vinnie Guadagnino, Ronnie Magro, Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola, left “the boardwalk behind for the piazzas,” and “traded gorillas for Italian stallions.”
The hit MTV show that follows Jersey’s finest crew is back for the fourth season tonight at 10 p.m. This time the tanned bunch is in Italy where they take jobs in a pizzeria and fist pump all across the foreign land.
“I’m going back the the blood lines of the Situation,” said Mike Sorrentino in the MTV trailer. Vinny Guadagnino describes the Italian scenery, “It looks like Beauty and the Beast.”
So far, from what we know, this season has a whole lot of drama in store, like every other season.
For one, we know Snooki gets into an accident with a police car. Reportedly, Snooki hit the back of a patrol car while driving with Deena Nicole Cortese, in the passenger’s seat. Two police officers were taken to the emergency room for treatment of whiplash, bruises and cuts, People said. Snooki and Deena were taken down to the station to fill out a police report.
We also know that Ronnie and the Situation get into a fight and someone leaves on a stretcher. According to TMZ, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro beat up cast mate Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino. Of course, the cause of the alleged Ronnie/Sitch fight is currently unknown but rumor has it that it has to do with fellow roommate Sammi Giancola.
And then there are the hookups, from what we see, Paulie and Deena seem awfully close as they tongue wrestle in one scene of the trailer. As JWOWW would say, these two are “definitely smushing” this season.
Lastly, remember when it was reported that Florence Mayor, Matteo Renzi banned the cast from filming at any historic landmarks or local nightclubs, bars or any place the promotes the consumption of alcohol? We highly doubted this crew could stay away from clubs and forgo the first pumping, and the trailer definitely looks like there was some clubbing going on– check it out.
