Westbury Man Arrested After Stealing Teen’s Cell Phone In June

A Westbury man was arrested this week after he allegedly pushed a teen off his bicycle and stole his cell phone back in June.

According to Nassau County Police, on Friday June 24, at 6:00 p.m., a 14-year-old boy was riding his bicycle on Centre Street in Westbury when Theodule Enoise, 20, approached him and pushed him off the bicycle. Enoise took the teen’s cell phone and fled the scene.  The incident left the teen with a minor injury to his left knee, but it did not require immediate medical attention.

On October 8, at 6:45 p.m., Enoise, of Westbury, was arrested and was charged with Robbery. He was arraigned at First District Court in Hempstead on Sunday.

The teen’s cell phone was not recovered.
