Charles E. Bart, 87, WWII U.S. Navy veteran, retired U.S. postal clerk, Rego Park, passed away May 28, 2012. Brother of John, Joseph, Geraldine Byard, Lillian Webb and Catherine Gary. Also survived by several generations of nieces and nephews. Arrangements were made by Arthur F. White Funeral Home. A prayer service and interment took place May 31 at St. Charles Cemetery.
