Defensive Driving Course
Sponsored by the Nassau County Auxiliary Police and administered by the Empire Safety Council of New York. Successful completion of the course can reduce four points on NYS license. Lazy Days Of Summer Picnic
Plans are underway for the Levittown Community Council’s annual Lazy Days of Summer Picnic to be held at the East Village Green on Jerusalem Ave. There will be free entertainment, activities and crafts at the event, which is a fun family day for all, paid for by membership fees and local business donations. Help keep kids off drugs and out of trouble. Start them young in Levittown’s Brass and Percussion. A nonprofit organization that will teach kids, ages 8 to 88, to play an instrument and have fun parading, performing, competing and many social events. All free of charge.
