The Holy Trinity community gathered to celebrate all cultures at the World Language Festival. Students performed dances, songs, comedy, and even juggling acts. There was a banquet of food which was prepared by students that represented their individual cultures.
The World Language Festival was a part of World Language Week, a week dedicated to honoring and experiencing different cultures. Each morning, prayers were said in various languages by different students.
Due to Hurricane Sandy, Global Awareness Night was combined with the festival and the topic this year was women around the world. Students created displays representing different experiences of women, from trafficking to cancer. These projects were displayed at the festival for students to view.
