The St. Kilian CYO program will be holding registration for their girls and boys swim team for the upcoming season on Tuesday, Oct. 8 from 7 to 9 p.m. in the gym lobby at St. Kilian on Cherry Street in Farmingdale.
Boys and girls in grades 1-12 are invited to register for participation on a travel swim team representing St. Kilian Parish. Practices are held Tuesday and Fridays at the Farmingdale High School pool. All potential swimmers must be able to swim at least one length of the pool. Each swimmer will receive a team swimsuit and tee shirt as part of the registration fee.
Payment of $150 is due at the time of registration. Sibling discounts are available. Please note that families not living within the boundaries of Farmingdale SD 22 will be subject to an additional $60 out-of-district fee. More details will be available at registration.
Volunteer coaches in all age brackets needed. Any adult who would like to volunteer to coach, will need to submit background check paperwork and take the parish mandated VIRTUS training.
