Attempted Burglary In Manhasset

Nassau County police are investigating an attempted burglary that occurred on Feb. 7 in Manhasset.

Police say at 6:38 p.m., a 75-year-old female victim was upstairs in her Chapel Road home when she heard a loud noise.  When she ran downstairs, the victim saw that someone had kicked in her front door. The subject (no description) fled the scene on foot westbound Chapel Road.
