Letter: Spring Is On Its Way

We have great things coming up for Spring, including the annual St. Patty’s Day Parade, the Farmingdale Community Summit, Comedy Night, the Easter Bunny, and of course, our regular lunches and networking nights.

Have you taken a walk down Main Street lately? Things are looking really great. Charlotte’s Frozen Yogurt has opened and the community is raving about them.

The beautification committee made everything look amazing for the holidays and if you swing around by the train station; construction is humming along.

Even though we have had a lot of storms, the Chamber is still working hard to plan events. We hope you’ll take advantage of the opportunity to meet new business associates at the networking events and luncheons.

Thank you to John Court of The Nutty Irishman for hosting our January Networking Event. The event was amazing. Food at The Nutty is so awesome. It’s getting difficult to count – but there were over 40 people at the event.

Thank you to all that have renewed your membership.

I hope to see many of you at our luncheon meeting at CaraCara Mexican Grill at noon on Thursday, Feb. 6 and at Cascarino’s After Hours Networking, 5:30 to 7:30 pm on Wednesday, Feb. 19.
