Due to demand, the exhibit, The Art of Quilting: Fibers, Fabrics & Fashion, has been further extended and will be open Sunday afternoons at 2 p.m. during the months of March and April at Cow Neck Peninsula Historical Society.
Tours of the exhibit will be given at 2 p.m. and admission is $5 per person.
The exhibit features hundreds of years of quilting styles that have shaped the contemporary view of this art form. Over 50 quilts and coverlets from the Cow Neck Peninsula Historical Society collection are on display.
