The Carle Place Union Free School District reminds parents and guardians of children attending non-public schools (private and parochial) that transportation requests must be filled out and received at the Transportation Department on or before April 1 in order to be eligible for transportation for the 2014-15 school year.
It is required that transportation requests be completed every year regardless of if your child is currently receiving transportation. Transportation forms were included in the district’s newsletter, Pride, which was mailed to all residents in February. Forms may also be obtained by downloading them from the district’s website at www.cps.k12.ny.us
Completed forms must be mailed to Carle Place Schools, Transportation Department, 168 Cherry Lane, Carle Place, NY 11514 by April 1.
