Tropical Smoothie Cafe is moving into the former site of The Healthy Eatery at 356 Jericho Turnpike in Syosset.
The new restaurant chain, which already has more than a dozen locations throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties, has a similar theme to its predecessor, with a menu that includes smoothies, salads and wraps, all made from fresh, natural ingredients.
Interior renovations continued last week. An opening date has not yet been announced.
