New Hyde Park Memorial High School recognized Cole Romano and Armaan Shah as its Students of the Month.
Romano is a student in Mr. Kowalczyk’s 11th-grade U.S. history class. He participates in class, loves history and is an energetic asset to the school. Romano has a terrific sense of humor that makes him a pleasure to be around.
He is well respected, which shows in his relationship with his peers. Romano also excels outside the classroom as a member of the rifle team.
Shah excels in his studies in business classes. He successfully completed many business courses including keyboarding, career and financial management, business communications, and computer applications. Presently, Shah is enrolled in web page design. After graduating from New Hyde Park Memorial, Shah would like to attend Johns Hopkins University.
