Silver Sneakers Classes For Seniors

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy provides Free Silver Sneakers exercise classes on Mondays at the Senior Citizen Center in Port Washington.

The classes are free and fully sponsored by the non-profit organization: Healthways.

Classes will be held on all levels: balance, agility, strengthening, endurance, and osteoporosis for eligible seniors.
