A Franklin Square man was arrested on Monday in connection with the theft of close to $35,000 in copper wiring in Massapequa between July 19 and Aug. 14.
According to police, Andrew Walsh, 27, while employed as an electrician for an electrical company in Massapequa, removed copper wires and fuses from his unnamed place of employment.
Walsh is being charged with two counts of third-degree burglary and one count of third-degree grand larceny.
