Andrew Wozniak has been elected to the Board of Directors for the Roslyn-based Child Abuse Prevention Services (CAPS). Wozniak is a managing director at Cisco Systems Inc. where he is responsible for shaping the executive strategy, interactions, communication and evolution of Cisco’s business with large cable operators.
Additionally, he is an active member of CTAM—the Cable and Telecommunications and Marketing. As a new member of the CAPS board, Wozniak will assist the organization in realizing its goal of widespread expansion of programs, staffing, volunteers and services.
“We applaud Andrew’s dedication to helping children and families. He has a strong history in community service in New York, currently serving as President of the Board of Directors of Inwood House. Andrew is passionate about the issues CAPS is involved in. We are very fortunate that he is joining us in our efforts to prevent bullying and child abuse on Long Island,” said Alane Fagin, executive director for CAPS.
