A Hicksville man has been arrested for allegedly setting fire to a Bellmore strip club this week, Nassau County police said.
Craig Blum was charged with arson and reckless endangerment.
Arson/Bomb Squad detectives alleged that the 42-year-old suspect set fire to the rear of Billy Dean’s Showtime Café on Newbridge Road at 12:40 a.m. Monday, Dec. 15.
The fire caused damage to the hallway and bathroom. North Bellmore Fire Department firefighters extinguished the flames. There were no injuries reported.
Blum will be arraigned Friday at First District Court in Hempstead.
