Ski Lift Tickets Available
The Garden City Recreation Department will this year be offering discount tickets to area ski resorts. Tickets can be purchased at the recreation office at 108 Rockaway Ave. Cash or check will be accepted for payment. Shown is the gate price and discounted price. These very popular discounted tickets are for:

Community Tennis Center Youth Instructional Programs
The recreation and parks department recently announced the start of registration for its Winter Indoor Tennis Program for Children at the Community Park Tennis Center. Registration for residents of the Incorporation Village of Garden City has begun by mail, walk in, and by using the online registration process. For further details on this new offering, please read the online registration explanation article. Classes begin the week of Jan. 5.
Nonresidents attending Garden City Public Schools may register beginning Dec. 22. An extra fee will apply.
