Cops busted three individuals on drug charges after an undercover sting operation in Hicksville on March 9 at 9:15 p.m.
According to narcotics/vice bureau detectives with the Nassau County Police Department, during the course of an investigation involving a fatal drug overdose of an unnamed victim, detectives contacted a possible drug dealer and arranged a meeting on Grape Lane and Glow Lane in Hicksville.
After identifying the suspect’s vehicle and observing one of the occupant’s smoking marijuana, cops removed Rosanallys Davila, 24, of Schenectady, NY, Kassandra Delgado, 22, of Hempstead and Donovan Joseph, 24, of Hempstead, from the car and placed them into custody.
Davila is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and released on an appearance ticket.
Delgado is charged with fourth-degree criminal facilitation and was also released on an appearance ticket.
Joseph, who during the arrest was found to be in possession of crack cocaine, is charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and an unrelated warrant charged.
