Support the Education Investment Tax Credit Bill

Hundreds of people of various faiths and ethnicities attended a rally at the former Saint Joseph Academy in Brentwood to support the Education Investment Tax Credit (EITC) Bill. The EITC Bill would grant tax credits for donations to both public and private schools. EITC has the support of Governor Cuomo and the New York State Senate, but awaits passage in the New York State Assembly. Supporters have stated that it is crucial the bill becomes law this year and have urged their Assembly representatives to pass it.
