Cops: Identity Thief Nearby

Nassau County police is investigating three separate cases of possible identity theft, including one in Mineola, that occurred in Nassau County on Wednesday, May 6 at 3:52 p.m.

According to detectives, a 46-year-old female victim discovered that an unknown subject used her Sperry Credit Union Debit Card and made withdrawals from Citibank ATM machines on on May 6, 2015 255 North Broadway, Hicksville, May 7 at 199 2nd St., Mineola and May 8 at 215 Jericho Tpke. in Floral Park

The male subject is described as white, average build, 20-30 years old, wearing a black Adidas baseball cap, grey Nike hooded sweat shirt and blue jeans, according to police. Detectives request that anyone with information regarding this crime to contact the Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
