Town of North Hempstead Supervisor Judi Bosworth and Councilwoman Viviana Russell recently hosted graduates from the Viscardi Center at the Town’s 311 Call Center. The Viscardi Center is a network of nonprofit organizations that provide services for children and adults with disabilities.

The Viscardi Center is currently exploring the idea of opening a call center that would cater to local businesses in the community, which will be staffed by Viscardi graduates. The graduates observed the Town’s 311 Call Center as a model for formulating their own business plan.
