Bryant Lecture This Weekend

On Sunday, Nov. 22 at 3 p.m., the Bryant Library will host its 32nd Annual William Cullen Bryant Lecture.  Award-winning journalist and MSNBC reporter Irin Carmon will discuss her book, Notorious RBG: The Life and Times of Ruth Bader Ginsberg. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg never asked for fame — she has only tried to make the world a little better and a little freer. Irin extensively interviewed Justice Ginsburg for MSNBC in the course of working on the book, which also draws on intimate interviews with Ginsburg’s family members, close friends & colleagues.

The book combines reported narrative, annotated dissents, rare archival photos and documents, and illustrations to tell the story of an unusual and transformative woman who transcends generational divides.

The Bryant Library is at 2 Paper Mill Rd.
