Discover the fascinating people who inhabited or visited historic Hempstead House, a Gold Coast mansion at Sands Point Preserve, on Saturday, March 19. That’s when children and their caregivers can enjoy guided tours of 10 magnificent rooms inside historic Hempstead House. The tours will include activities and challenges, including timelines, toys of the period, maps and photographs. Tours are offered at 9:30 a.m., 11 a.m., 12:30 a.m., 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. and are recommended for ages 4 and up. Admission is $5 per person. Parking is $10 or free with membership pass.
