Oyster Bay Town Councilman Anthony D. Macagnone and Councilman Joseph G. Pinto recently attended the Plainedge Youth Baseball League’s Opening Day Ceremony held at Picken Field in Plainedge. On hand for the event with Councilman Macagnone and Councilman Pinto were Nassau County Legislator Rose Walker and the coaches and players of the Plainedge Youth Baseball League who came together to celebrate the opening day of a new season of baseball and more importantly, a new season of promoting healthy competition, teamwork and sportsmanship.
