Under the instruction of art teacher Jaclyn Manouvrier-Altman and science teacher Katelynn Schmidt students at Meadow Drive School created a recycled bottle cap mural to tie into the theme of “Recycle and Reuse.”
Students have been collecting a variety of bottle caps in different colors and sizes since the beginning of September and used science class to sort and count the caps. Then, during art the students transformed the caps into a mural to beautify the school and serve as a highlight for STEAM Day this month.
