This year’s series of free summer concerts at at Mary Jane Davies Green in Manhasset will be held Monday nights at 7:30 p.m.
“We have a great variety of music scheduled this year for our summer concert series,” said Supervisor Judi Bosworth. “Just bring a lawn chair and lend an ear, and dancing is encouraged!”
This year’s event kick-off will be Randy & The Rainbows, who will perform popular and classic oldies songs on July 11.
On July 18, Quickdraw will get the audience dancing with their new and old country and southern rock music.
On July 25, Astrograss will present a one-of-a-kind show mixing educational and cultural topics into this family show. They will get both kids and parents dancing and singing with a unique blend of bluegrass, old time and folk music.
Closing out the summer series at Mary Jane Davies Green on August 1 will be Little Sister and The Rolling Machine, covering popular rock artists of the ’80s, ’90s and today.
Mary Jane Davies Green is on Plandome Road in Manhasset, across from Town Hall.
