Acoustic Skyline
The JC Café at Farmingdale United Methodist Church, 407 Main St. (corner of Grant Avenue), Farmingdale, will host Acoustic Skyline, featuring Bob Goodwin, a popular contemporary Christian music performer who has appeared at various local venues, including the LI Musicians Network Acoustic Festival. Doors open at 7 p.m. with complimentary coffee and desserts and the program begins at 7:30 p.m. Suggested donation is $5. The public is invited to share this entertaining and uplifting evening. Blood Drive
The St. Kilian Knights of Columbus #2204 will host a blood drive conducted by the New York Blood Center from 3 to 9 p.m. at its hall, 1 Morton St. in Farmingdale. All donors will be entered in a raffle for a free hall rental if at least 60 donations are reached.
