Mount Sinai Man Killed in Crash

A 66-year-old man was killed when he crashed his car in his hometown of Mount Sinai on Wednesday night.

Suffolk County police said Glenn Taylor was driving a Toyota southbound on Chestnut Street when he struck a tree near the corner of Route 25A at 7:08 p.m.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Sixth Squad detectives impounded the vehicle, are continuing the investigation and ask anyone with information on this crash to call them at 631-854-8652.
