The Farmingdale JV ice hockey team defeated Cold Spring Harbor on a penalty shot in overtime to win the Nassau County High School Hockey League title. The team fought back from a 3-0 lead by Cold Spring Harbor to force the game into overtime. Matthew Ferrari was tripped on a breakaway less than a minute into overtime, resulting in a penalty shot. Next up for the Dalers is the New York State Tournament the weekend of March 3.
