A Manhattan man was convicted Thursday of killing a 32-year-old Brooklyn man in West Babylon nearly a decade ago.

A Suffolk County jury found Daniel Greenspan guilty of second-degree murder.

Police have said the 30-year-old shot Michael Sinclair to death on Kellum Street on Jan. 31, 2009.

Officers found the victim suffering from gunshot wounds after responding to a 911 call reporting shots fired, police have said. The victim was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital, where he died.

Greenspan was arrested in December 2015. He faces up to 25 years to life in prison when he is scheduled to be sentenced on April 27 by Judge William Condon.
