The Belmont Child Care Association, Inc. (BCCA) held its third annual Spring Fling Hat Luncheon and Fashion Presentation by Neiman Marcus on June 1 at the Garden City Hotel, honoring Ellen Moelis (thoroughbred industry honoree) and Mary Rizzuto Galante (community honoree). The Annual Spring Fling has become a popular event, thanks to co-chairs Angela Susan Anton and Kimberly Bancroft.
