Some animals have a tough of it in a kennel setting. Sushi (reference # V34511) is a bright-eyed, two-year-old black and white cat, who took some time to adjust before her true personality shone through. When North Shore Animal League America staff offered the freedom to live cage-free in a staff office, Sushi proved how loving and affectionate she is.
She loves being brushed and having her chin scratched. When she’s done being fawned over, she tucks herself into a comfy bed near her human companions. Sushi has made it clear she shines as an only pet in a home with children 12+ in age. If you crave a meeting with Sushi, please email dorits@animalleague.org to learn more about this precious friend.
Brittney (reference #V35252) is a sweet and spunky black Labrador mix with a lot of enthusiasm and an eagerness to please. She is super smart and requires daily mental and physical stimulation. She gets along well with other dogs, as long as they can keep up with her energy level and speed.
She’s quite the affectionate gal and loves to be the center of attention. She would do best in an active home with someone looking for a dog to exercise with, possibly even introducing her to canine agility activities. Please contact Sonias@animalleague.org for more information about adopting Brittney today!
