Special Request from For Our Friends Rescue

Molly and Skippy
Molly and Skippy

Sweeter-than-sweet seniors Molly and Skippy are looking to start the next chapter of their lives together. Their mom recently passed away, leaving them without a home. They have always lived together and love each other deeply, so they will thrive if they can stay together. Molly is a tall, beautiful 11-year-old female Lab Mix (leggy supermodel type) and Skippy is a handsome and distinguished 8-year-old Kelpie or Australian Cattledog Mix. Molly is sweet, loving and gentle, and Skippy is sweet and loving as well, but he is the dominant one of the pair. They are fully vetted, healthy, and housebroken. They would love a home with a good-sized, fenced-in backyard.  Please call 917-864-2443 or email fofdogrescue@yahoo.com to adopt this dynamic duo.

Gracie and Blackie
Gracie and Blackie

**Double Adoption** Gracie and Blackie are a pair of 4-year-old Domestic Shorthair sisters who are as sweet as can be. Both cats are Brown and White Tabbys, and Blackie is named after the black pigments on her nose. They were initially adopted from the animal shelter as kittens but were recently returned due to no fault of their own. Gracie is very friendly and enjoys being petted, while Blackie is much more laid back. Gracie is also dealing with a mild heart murmur. Gracie and Blackie would love to be adopted together and would do well in a home with other cats.

If you are interested in adopting Gracie and Blackie, please call 631-360-7575 for more information. There is also a variety of cats and kittens available to adopt or foster. If you are looking for a fun loving, yarn tossing ball of love, stop by the Kitten Nursery or the Cat Condos at the Smithtown Animal Shelter and find a PURR-fect soulmate or two!

Batman
Batman

Sometimes superheroes need heroes themselves. Adorable Batman (Adoption #MA3844) was very brave after losing his lifelong home and finding himself in a local municipal shelter. He’s had no problem adjusting to his new surroundings at Bianca’s Furry Friends Feline Adoption Center, and it’s predicted he won’t need to put out the bat signal to attract potential adopters. Just give him your hand for a head bump and let his heart take over. This delightful 2-year-old dude is a smart choice for any family in search of mini house panther to join their superhero household.

Morticia
Morticia

Spend a little time with unassuming Morticia (Adoption #SCR3803) and you’ll soon discover it takes very little to make her feel content. A gentle murmur of praise for her adorable nose, a generous helping of treats from your hand, and a thorough ear massage is all she needs to receive from you, and she’ll know you’re the one for her. This 1-year-old traveled all the way from South Carolina to meet you so don’t make her wait any longer – adopt her today and spend furever with Morticia in your home!

Truffle
Truffle

Nine-month-old southern belle Truffle’s (Adoption #SCR3809) bright pink nose and stunning green eyes are what will draw you to her, but it’s her gentle calmness that will steal your heart. Looking for someone full of gratitude to welcome into your family? A quiet household suits her needs, and she’s prepared to thank you for completing her rescue story when you take her home.

Alaina
Alaina

We call 9-month-old Alaina (Adoption #SCR3816) “Miss Popularity” because everyone in her room just loves her! She’s the receiver of frequent head bumps from her feline admirers, and the humans hand over all the treats to her. This sweet sensation came all the way from South Carolina to meet her new family and she’d be a welcome addition to anyone seeking a sweet friend for their cat at home.

Cleopatra
Cleopatra

Four-year-old Cleopatra (Adoption #PR00160) appears regal and she’s truly the queen of our hearts at Bianca’s Furry Friends Feline Adoption Center. This glamorous beauty traveled all the way from Puerto Rico to find her subjects, and she humbly asks for your attention (and devotion) in exchange for some head bumps. Looking for a loyal, royal to rule your heart? Look no further than Cleopatra!

Shirley

When she meets her true family, she’ll give them all her heart. Don’t miss out on being on the receiving all her gratitude!

Magnificent Mocha (Adoption #WV0363) has something she’d like to share with you: her whole heart! This sweet, little 5-year-old imp has left a tough life behind her and her eye is on a future with someone as devoted to her and she’ll be to them. Get ready to boop that cute, little pink nose furever, and promise her each new day gets better and better when it’s shared with a hero like you! Hurry over to North Shore Animal League America today and ask to meet Mocha – she could be snuggling up to you in your home tonight!
