Rising pop star Madison Beer may have something special planned for her first appearance for hometown fans in five years at The Paramount in Huntington when she takes the stage in April.

The Jericho native’s appearance will be a moderated conversation with Beer about her memoir The Half of It, with ticket holders each getting a signed copy of the book. She last appeared at The Paramount in 2018 after releasing her debut EP As She Pleases.

“long island / ventura ca low ticket count <3,” she tweeted Friday with a link to her website. “i mayyyyy or may not have a surprise for u at those dates x.”

Discovered by Justin Bieber for her incredible talent, this superstar has quickly risen to high acclaim with hits such as “Selfish” and “Boyshit” off of her debut album Life Support released in 2021. She has also been a brand ambassador for Fenty Beauty and Morphe Cosmetics, and has been featured in Vogue’s video series “Beauty Secrets.”

While this is her first appearance at The Paramount in years, she has also made other local appearances of late. Nassau County officials Nov. 23 “Madison Beer Day” after she made a special appearance at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale to help encourage the public to donate nonperishable food items to the nonprofits Island Harvest and Long Island Cares before Thanksgiving.

The hype for April’s appearance would not be the first plot twist for The Paramount. Billy Joel surprised fans and performed with Big Shot, a tribute band that covers The Piano Man’s songs, in 2016.

What could the surprise be this time? Only one way to find out!
