Oak View Group announced that McAneney has joined the company as senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer of UBS Arena at Belmont Park, home of the New York Islanders. Based in the Mid-Atlantic region, McAneney will report to Francesca Bodie, president of business development for OVG, and Kim Stone, president of UBS Arena and executive vice president of OVG East Coast.

Balentine has been appointed provost at New York Institute of Technology, adding to his existing role as executive vice president. He had been serving as interim provost since March 2022. He will continue to evaluate new opportunities for university growth and expansion, especially in the area of faculty research, as well as oversee strategic resource allocation, among other responsibilities. Balentine first joined the university in 1992, as an adjunct faculty member at New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine (NYITCOM).

Wambugu Cobb has been promoted to serve as the vice president for institutional advancement at the State University of New York College at Old Westbury. She previously served as the College’s senior associate vice president for institutional advancement. As vice president, Wambugu Cobb will oversee key areas related to fundraising including major gifts, annual giving, corporate and foundation relations, estate and gift planning, as well as alumni relations, community engagement and program development.

The former longtime President of Hofstra University brings an extensive background in education, business, and law to his new role. Rabinowitz is Senior Counsel to Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, LLP in Mineola.

FCA, a leading health and human services not-for-profit organization on Long Island, recently named DeFrancisco as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She will oversee all aspects of FCA’s finances, from budgeting and financial planning to preparing reports for the Board of Trustees. She will also develop policies and procedures as necessary to improve operations.
