MINNOW

Located on the New Suffolk waterfront, at the spot formerly occupied by the Galley Ho bar, Minnow is the newest restaurant on Long Island’s North Fork. Popular Greenport Chef Cheo Avila uses local, organic, and seasonal ingredients at this sustainable seafood joint, where all fish are line-caught. The restaurant held a soft launch in May and is now open Wednesday through Sunday for dinner and Thursday through Sunday for lunch.

Entree options include the house-smoked bluefish pate ($21), chicken Milanese ($38), Long Island duck frites ($51), spaghetti con crudo ($37), and many more. There are also wines, specialty cocktails, beers, and desserts on the menu.
