Helms Auto Group recently hosted its Backpack Giveaway event at P.S. 129Q Patricia Larkin Elementary School in College Point last Wednesday. Four hundred backpacks were distributed to students during their Popsicles in the Park Event and 100 backpacks were given to families that are currently in temporary housing.
